Director of Low Voltage Systems
After graduating East Brunswick Vocational & Technical High School for Electrical Trades Robert’s thirty three year long career has encompassed both electrical construction and telecommunications. In the field as a foreman he has overseen projects for Shearson, Bank of New York and Midlantic Bank from Albany, NY to Washington DC. At Forest Electric, Robert has project managed two J.P. Morgan Chase Data Centers in Delaware and one J.P Morgan Chase Data Center in Belleville Michigan. Recently he has overseen a fiber infrastructure project at the Morgan Stanley DC 1 Data Center in Somerset, NJ and a Fellowship Village structured cable project in Basking Ridge, NJ.
Prior to joining Forest Electric, Robert was a principle owner of DataCat Media, a cabling contractor. He also owned Reaction Services LLC an electrical and telecommunications estimating company. Robert is well versed in telecommunications, security and audio visual technologies.
Robert is a member of BICSI and he is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD). He is trained and certified to install and service copper and fiber systems for Systimax, Corning, Hubbell, BerkTek/Ortronics, Leviton, and other manufacturers. Robert is a NJATC Telecommunications Teacher for IBEW Local Union #456. Robert holds United States patent 7194937 for Electrical Knockout Pliers.
The Personal Side
Robert is married and is a life-long resident of New Jersey. In his free time he enjoys fishing, shooting, painting, classic cars and cooking.
