Tom is involved with the organization and management of large-scale projects, helping to ensure that they are completed on time, on budget, and to the complete satisfaction of the client. He uses his diverse professional background to deliver superior value and high-quality solutions.


Tom has more than thirty years of experience in the electrical industry. After serving as an Intelligence Analyst in the United State Air Force, he worked as an Electrical Design Engineer for the National Security Agency in Laurel, MD, and Kallen and Lemelson Consulting Engineers in Princeton, NJ.

In 1983, Tom took a position with a successful design-build electrical contractor and has continued to work in the electrical construction industry ever since. He has served the industry as an engineer, estimator, project manager, and Vice President of Engineering/Estimating.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Clayton University, a master’s degree in business administration from California Coast University, and other advanced degrees. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional and a certified family and business mediator with the National Association of Certified Mediators.

The Personal Side

Tom is married and has one daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, exercising, and following local sports teams.
