Value Delivered
Forest Electric New Jersey provided electrical construction and power distribution solutions for the expansion and upgrade of Merck’s Fortify 80B Laboratory. The project utilized an integrated project delivery model, where we worked as a trade partner closely collaborating with fellow contractors and the client.
Strict project workflows and precise scheduling were required in order to avoid disrupting the client’s regular business operations. Our project management, BIM, and lean construction expertise helped improve efficiency and productivity, which was essential for keeping work on budget and on time.
Additionally, we successfully demolished the lab’s existing electrical substation and installed a new substation and generator set while maintaining electrical service to the facility.
